Q. How much delivery costs will I pay? And how long will I receive my goods?

Q. How much import duties will I pay?
Amount of import duties you will need to pay depends on to where the goods are sent and what you ordered.
We will collect custom duties at the checkout point and our appointed carrier will pay duties on your behalf.
This aims to reduce your inconvenience and secure our promised delivery time.
Import Duties = { Total Product Value * Duty Rate} + { Carrier's Handling Charge (abt. 15 €) }
Q. What if I would like to change my delivery address?

Please quote your order number in your email.
Additional fee will be applied if address needs to be changed.
