Return & Exchange - Buy in Store

Please keep your original invoice well as you will be asked to present it during the return and exchange process.
All sales shall be the subject of an invoice. No duplicate invoices will be issued.

For jewellery products that are sold in store:

  • Non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Exchange can be made in the store within 14 day of purchase (including the purchase day). Please provide the original invoice. An exchange process shall be easy and successful when all purchased products are authentic and not worn, and the original packaging remains intact and unbroken.
