Return and Exchange - Others

Please keep your original invoice well as you will be asked to present it during the return and exchange process.
All sales shall be the subject of an invoice. No duplicate invoices will be issued.

For jewellery products that are concerned:

  • Goods are returned and exchanged to flawless and same-product-reference ones when manufacturing defects occur. In this only circumstance, the expenses and liabilities to returns and reissues via carrier shall be borne by Vivienne Diamant sellers.
  • In case of having doubts about the colour, size, or whether there is a manufacturing defect, exchanges can be requested. And you will need to contact our customer service team (cs@vivienne-diamant.com) immediately.
