Return and Exchange - Buy Online

Please keep your original invoice well as you will be asked to present it during the return and exchange process.
All sales shall be the subject of an invoice. No duplicate invoices will be issued.

For jewellery products that are sold online:

Returnable only when the exterior transparent safety bag remains intact and unopened. No return is allowed if the safety bag has opened. Hence, before opening the safety bag, please do check your products and see whether they are what you ordered. Please note that the total amount of your refund will deduct Stripe's handling fee. Thus, we are not able to pay you full refund.
Exchanges are accepted with the original receipt and the completely intact packaging within 14 days of purchase. Products that hope to be exchanged must not be worn and presented in new condition with original and complete packaging. To complete an exchange process timely and smoothly, please ensure products are delivered safely and securely and avoided any risks of crashing.
When there are no manufacturing defects, customers shall bear both the expenses pertaining to returns and exchanges via carrier and all liability in this regard. The customer shall be responsible for the perfect condition of the goods returned as well as for the quality and solidity of the packaging used. Vivienne Diamant sellers remain the legal right to refuse to check in the good packages that do not apply the return and exchange policies.
