Repair Fee

For jewellery within 1-year warranty:

Defective products will be examined by our craftsmen to investigate the main cause of damage.
If it is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for repair and round-trip transportation costs.
If it is caused by improper use, we will inform you with quoted fee. The repair would only commence after you agree and pay the fee of repair and round-trip transportation costs. Upon completion, we shall deliver back to your instructed address as soon as possible.
For line jewellery, the first replacement of the original colour line is free of charge. However, if you choose a different colour or if it has been replaced more than once, there will be a fee of 30 EUR (excluding postage).

For jewellery without 1-year warranty:

Please describe your jewellery problems and provide photos to our customer services team. We will provide you with a repair quotation accordingly.
The repair would only commence after you agree and pay the fee of repair and round-trip transportation costs. Upon completion, we shall deliver back to your instructed address as soon as possible.

Repairing fee (including maintenance) will be quoted differently due to different extent of product conditions. The following fee is instructive and aims to give you a rough idea, but please regard the official quotation given in correspondence as the main reference.
