Maintenance Guide

Vivienne Diamant always insists to provide the best jewellery craftsmanship to our customers. If Vivienne Diamant jewellery is used and maintained properly, it can keep its beauty for many years as well as your memorable memories. Like all other precious stone jewellery, Vivienne Diamant jewellery must be handled with great care.

To avoid early damages, you should avoid:

• Sudden movements and stretches when wearing your jewellery;
• Impacts and scratches when not wearing your jewellery;
• Contacts with detergents or other chemicals, and so on.

To extend jewellery life, you should try to:

• Store your jewellery in its box when not wearing it;
• Use dish soap and a soft toothbrush under warm water when cleaning your jewellery;
• Send your jewellery back to Vivienne Diamant factory for maintenance. Please note that some fee may occur.

When maintenance services are asked, customers will be informed with quoted fee. If you need our professional maintenance and repair services, please contact us through cs@vivienne-diamant.com, or login to your account to click product care services. You may only apply online if you have registered your jewellery with its unique warranty number before. We shall get back to you soon in either way.
